As we draw closer to Qlyaamah, we are once again entering a ‘dark age’. The invitation to evil is overwhelming and the temptation to sin is almost irresistible. Reading the Incidents of the Sahaabah (radhtyallahu ‘anhum), the Taabi‘een and our other pious predecessors causes our hearts to become illuminated.

This 268 page compilation entitled “Rays of Radiance” consists of selected stories from the lives of these saintly souls, which are followed by pertinent lessons. Each incident Is like a ‘ray of radiance’ that has the potential to dispell the darkness from our hearts, leaving them illuminated and alive
