Pythagoras Blocks
From the RUBANTA
– easiest way for children to learn and remember the basic mathematical theorem in an accessible way – the Pythagorean principle, i.e. the sum of the squares of the lengths of the legs is equal to the square of the length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle.
Although the statement itself sounds extremely dangerous and complicated, playing with blocks will allow the child to visualize them and remember them without cramming. Mathematics is beautiful… you just need to present it to your child in a way that is interesting and intriguing, not discouraging. A set of blocks and suggestions for tasks included in the booklet provide children with an appropriate form of activity, developing visual and motor perception, improving memory, concentration and releasing children’s creativity at the same time
